UX and Accessibility Across Five Delivery Teams
A statewide benefits program serves residents applying for assistance and the caseworkers who process their applications. I restructured how UX supported five delivery teams, built an accessibility testing practice the whole team could run, and set up a shared design system. Caseworker time-on-task dropped 25% and accessibility bug reports fell about 30%.

Building a UX Practice
From One Designer to a Team of Five
When I started, UX at Moser was one designer supporting projects on request. I grew it into a team of five designers across 40+ client engagements, and added accessibility audits and workshops to the work we do for clients.

YMCA Membership
Turning Member Research into a Funded Redesign
The Indianapolis YMCA knew members were struggling with its website, but the evidence was anecdotal. In two months, I led two designers through stakeholder interviews, a member survey with 1,519 responses and task-based user interviews, then turned the findings into prioritized recommendations and a prototype. The research helped win funding for a redesign, which has since launched.

Secure Key Returns
Balancing Security and Ease of Use
Returning a software key is a security-sensitive task: every extra check protects the business and slows the user down. I led the design of the returns workflow from sketches to implementation-ready UI, wireframing live with stakeholders so the team agreed on structure before anyone polished pixels.
